Ames is proud to introduce its new and greatly improved Lost Tool Protection. Now the longer you rent your Ames automatic taping and finishing tools, the smaller the lost tool charge.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Lost Tool Protection charge is based on the average retail price of the tool, and significantly declines based on the length of time on rent.
HOW ARE FEES ASSESSED?
Fees for lost tools are amortized over four (4) equal monthly payments. Any lost tool bill of $100 or less is due in full.
WHAT TOOLS DO I HAVE ON RENT?
To help you keep track of your tools, a report will be provided twice yearly listing all tools on rent for six (6) months or longer. You can easily review your tool inventory, and maintain control of your charges.
WHAT IF MY LOST TOOLS ARE FOUND?
If you recover/return your tools within 12 months after the Lost Tool Protection charge is assessed, you receive full credit for the charge. You are billed for the actual rent cost for the time period in question.
